Ryan Finnigan is a Senior Research Associate with the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at the University of California, Berkeley. His research has examined the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic for people experiencing homelessness, and how service, shelter, and housing providers adapted to the pandemic. Prior joining the Terner Center, Ryan was an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Davis.
