Antoinette Hayes-Triplett joined the Tampa Hillsborough Homeless Initiative (THHI) as the CEO in 2014.  THHI is the CoC lead agency in Tampa/Hillsborough County, FL.  

Antoinette’s ability to develop multi-sector collaborations in Tampa and Hillsborough County, over the past 8 years, has resulted in significant decreases in homelessness:
• Overall homelessness by 22%
• Unsheltered homelessness by 46%
• Veteran homelessness by 38%
• Chronic homelessness by 72%
• Unaccompanied youth homelessness by 81%
• Family homelessness by 22% 

Antoinette is the principal developer of Operation: REVEILLE. It is a housing initiative with a goal of ending homelessness for every Veteran by leveraging public and private resources.  Operation: REVEILLE has been replicated across the country and highlighted at the White House.

Antoinette is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  She has bachelors’ degrees from Southern Illinois University and Park University.  She has a master’s degree from Webster University.
