Hannah Sims is the Crisis System Manager at Housing Forward, the lead agency for the Texas-600 Continuum of Care representing Dallas and Collin Counties. In this role, Hannah collaborates closely with other CoC partners to oversee encampment resolution and coordinated street outreach efforts across the homeless response system. Prior to joining Housing Forward, she provided direct services to unsheltered populations as a street outreach worker, and held an administrative role within a permanent supportive housing program. Hannah is passionate about building systems that provide our neighbors experiencing homelessness with equitable, accessible, and person-centered pathways to permanent housing. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas and holds a BS and MS in Social Work from Abilene Christian University.
