Pam Hughes currently serves as the Director, Substance Use Disorder/ New Moon Program Director providing a wide array of Prevention services and activities to youth and families within the Bois Forte Community and also a satellite office that provides Prevention services and after school activities to youth and families in the International Falls area. New Moon Supportive Housing is primarily centered on providing Supportive Services to those individuals with long histories of homelessness utilizing a Harm Reduction, Housing First Services Model. Pam is a member of the The MN Tribal Collaborative to Prevent and End Homelessness is a collaborative of five Tribal communities in Northern Minnesota who are working to address homeless in Indian Country through collaboratively applying for grants to use for program development and implementation.
