Chuck Keenan is the Administrator in the Bureau of Homeless Services for the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) in Pittsburgh, PA. He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Allegheny County’s housing initiatives within DHS and working with organizations outside of his agency in order to fully utilize affordable housing resources for DHS consumers. Chuck has over 20 years of experience working in the affordable housing and disability fields. He has a Masters of Public Administration degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelors degree in English and Political Science from Allegheny College.
